Payment must be made upon registration, and please note that we have a strict NO REFUND policy. It is essential that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in hiking activities. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting your physician before the hike. You are also responsible for bringing all necessary equipment and supplies required for your chosen activity, and a valid emergency contact number must be provided in case of incidents during the hike. Participants are expected to respect the environment by following all guidelines for environmental preservation, leaving no trace, and properly disposing of waste. You should also maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards fellow hikers, tour guides, and staff. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. If you need to cancel or reschedule your hiking registration, please provide advance notice according to our cancellation policy. In the event that a tour guide cancels, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative guide. You participate in the hiking activities at your own risk, and we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the activity.
